Introducing online ordering at New Life Farm
It has been a few big months at New Life Farm and we would like to thank all of our loyal customers and followers for being friends of the farm - we sincerely appreciate your support!
In a bid to make our systems super efficient so that we can spend more time doing what we love and are good at (growing tasty food for all to enjoy!) we are moving our ordering system online with the store opening on Sunday 15 October 2017.
We will normally open orders for the following week on a Monday morning but to give everyone a little more time to get used to the process we are opening the first order cycle a little earlier this Sunday to give everyone the opportunity to become familiar with it.
The New Life Farm online store https://openfoodnetwork.org.au/new-life-farm/shop will open on Sunday 15 October at 9am.
Our store exists on 'Open Food Network Australia', a platform to help farmers and producers streamline ordering and make shopping more convenient for the consumer.
In order to make the transition as smooth as possible we have created a 'how to' guide that you can read by clicking the button below.
Key things to note....
Payments will be made online via paypal or EFT
New 'order cycles' will open each week on Monday morning (with the exception of this week - we wanted to give you more time with the system to become familiar with it)
Pick-ups can be nominated weekly for either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
Orders will close at 5pm on the day before you wish to pick up
The first time you proceed with an order you will be prompted to 'Sign up'. You must use the email address you supplied us with to register in order to be acknowledged by the system as a customer of New Life Farm.
The first time you visit the 'Checkout' you will be prompted to enter a billing address and phone number. This is because payments are being accepted. You will not be required to enter this in each time (the system will save your details under your profile which you can edit at any time).
